Share a screen with a showcase link
Send anyone a live, no-login link to one of your screens. It plays exactly like the real screen, and nothing a visitor does reaches the stage.
A showcase link opens one stage in anyone's browser, with no login. It is the real player, so the program, rules, languages, details, swipes, presence and Moments all behave exactly as on the screen. Use it to show a customer their Info Point before it is installed, or to let a colleague try it from home.
A showcase is a viewer, not a screen: it takes no screen slot, never shows as online, is not counted and never moves the stage's loop. Nothing a visitor does there reaches the real screens.
Create a link
Open the stage
On Venue → Stages, press Share showcase link on the stage's card. Owners and editors can do this.
Name it and choose how long it lasts
Give it a label you will recognise later (e.g. "Customer demo"), an expiry (14 days by default, 1 to 365) and leave Allow camera gestures on if visitors may use their own camera.
Copy and send
Press Copy and send the link. Open tries it yourself. The dialog lists every link of the stage with its expiry and state.
What visitors can do
The link starts with a short card. The camera stays off until the visitor chooses:
- Start with my camera — try the hand gestures as at the real screen: step up, raise a hand, pinch to choose, swipe to turn pages. The picture is analysed in their browser and never uploaded. Offered when the link allows camera gestures and the stage uses hands or presence.
- Start with the simulator — the keyboard plays the visitor: P someone steps up, H raises a hand, Space pinches, ← → swipe, ↑ ↓ jump to the next item. See the simulator.
- Watch only — no camera; touch and mouse still work.
A small Showcase badge in a corner has How to try, camera and simulator on/off and fullscreen. The operator strip (O) works as on any player. Calibration and steering made here stay in this browser.
Moments, QR codes and the photo booth are real
The QR codes a showcase shows lead to the real guest page. A photo shared from a phone arrives on the showcase and on the real screens alike. The showcase's photo booth uses the visitor's laptop camera and posts into the real engagement, under its consent, moderation and limits — exactly like the screen's booth.
Revoke, expiry and offline
Revoke in the same dialog ends a link at once: an open showcase stops at its next call and the address shows This showcase link has ended. An expired link does the same on its own. Sending a new link never changes the stage's player links.
Once opened, a showcase keeps playing without a network, like a screen — even after a reload. New photos, live data and live sessions need the network.
A showcase of a video wall plays the whole canvas in one browser. AI agents can do the same with create_showcase_link, list_showcase_links and revoke_showcase_link.
