Good to know.

  1. What does Free include?

    One venue and up to 3 screens, with stories on any screen. While Wunderframe is in early access everything else is free too: schedules and rules, news and TV, your own data, and live engagement for events. Only the photos and videos guests share carry the watermark.

  2. What is the watermark?

    On Free, a photo or video a guest shares from their phone carries the Wunderframe logo in a corner. The walls on your screens always show the clean original.

  3. When do the paid plans start?

    They are coming soon. Until then there is nothing to pay — start free and use everything that is live today.

  4. Are prices with or without VAT?

    Without. The prices on this page are in the currency you are billed in, and VAT is added at checkout.

  5. What is an Event Pass?

    One payment for one event of up to 2 (S), 4 (M) or 7 (L) days, sized by its guests and screens. The screens are yours from three days before the first event day, to set up and rehearse, to the end of the day after the last.

    On Maravilla Cloud, your organization buys the same pass, in the same sizes, at the same price and for the same days. There it also covers the event in Studio: unlimited paid tickets, seating and group tickets. Maravilla charges no ticket fee on any plan.

  6. Which screens can I use?

    Any screen with an up-to-date web browser, Android TV boxes with the Wunderframe app and a Raspberry Pi. A screen pairs with a six-letter code.
