Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-23
These terms govern your use of Wunderframe — the website www.wunderframe.com, the Wunderframe app, the player and TV app, guest pages, the API and the MCP server (together, the “Service”). Wunderframe is a product of Maravilla Labs, a brand of SOLUTAS GmbH, Paradieshofstrasse 117, 4054 Basel, Switzerland (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you may bind it, and “you” means that organization.
1. The Service
Wunderframe lets you plan and play content on screens: stories and scenes, schedules, live shows with presenters, TV channels and data feeds, and live engagements in which guests send notes, questions, photos and videos from their phones to your screens. Wunderframe is in early access. Features change, are added and may be removed as the product develops.
2. Accounts and workspaces
- You must give accurate information and keep your password and keys secret. You are responsible for everything done with your account.
- Content lives in workspaces. The workspace owner decides who is a member and in which role, and is responsible for the workspace, its content and its settings — including the settings of live engagements.
- API keys and AI assistants connected through our MCP server act on behalf of the person who created or authorized them, with the permissions chosen. You are responsible for what they do.
- Screens are paired to a workspace with a code. Keep player links private; you can revoke them at any time.
3. Plans and prices
Free plan. During early access Wunderframe is free, within the limits shown on the pricing page. On the free plan, photos and videos that guests share from their phones carry a Wunderframe watermark; the screens show the original without it.
Paid plans are coming. Paid plans are announced on our pricing page but cannot be booked yet. When they launch, prices, payment terms and any additional conditions will be shown before you order, and you only pay if you choose a paid plan. Prices are quoted without VAT.
We may change the scope of the free plan. We will announce significant restrictions at least 30 days in advance.
4. Your content and licenses
You own your content. Everything you, your team or your guests put into the Service remains the property of you or of its rights holders.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process and display your content only as far as needed to provide the Service to you — for example to transcode videos, create smaller versions, crop pictures around a focal point, add the watermark to shared copies on the free plan, and play content on your screens. The license ends when the content is deleted, subject to backups that are rotated within days.
You confirm that you have the rights and consents needed for the content you use — including images of people, music, logos, and TV channels, streams and feeds you connect. Having a stream technically available does not mean you may show it in public.
Our rights. The Service, its software, designs, templates and the names Wunderframe and Maravilla Labs belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only to use the Service. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
5. Live engagements and guest content
When you run a live engagement, you — the organizer — are responsible for it:
- Moderation. You choose whether posts appear at once, after approval or after an automatic check, and you are responsible for what appears on your screens. The automatic check is a help, not a guarantee; watch your walls and remove unlawful or unwanted content promptly.
- Informing guests. You set the consent text guests agree to and the retention period, and you make sure guests (and, for children, their parents or guardians) are informed and have agreed as the law requires.
- Data protection. For guest content you are the controller; we process it on your behalf and on your instructions as your processor (Art. 9 FADP, Art. 28 GDPR). We keep it confidential, protect it with appropriate measures, use only the providers named in our privacy policy, help you answer guests’ requests, tell you without undue delay about data breaches that affect it, and delete it when the retention period you set ends or when you delete the engagement. You may ask us for information on how we meet these obligations.
- Guests may post only content they are allowed to share and that does not violate the rights of others or the law.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- show, store or spread content that is unlawful, infringes others’ rights, is defamatory, harassing, hateful, pornographic or sexualizes minors, or glorifies violence;
- take or show pictures of people without the consent the law requires;
- send spam or malware, or attack, overload, probe or bypass the security or limits of the Service;
- copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service, except as far as the law allows;
- rely on it as the only means of showing safety-critical information such as evacuation instructions.
If we become aware of a violation, we may remove or block the content concerned and suspend access, where possible after notifying you first.
7. Availability
We work to keep Wunderframe available and the player keeps playing from its cache when the network drops, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates and events outside our control can interrupt the Service. Test your setup before an important event. Content from third parties (feeds, TV channels, streams) depends on those sources.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damage we cause intentionally or through gross negligence, and for personal injury as far as the law requires. Otherwise, and as far as the law permits, our liability is excluded — in particular for slight negligence, lost profit, lost data, indirect and consequential damage, and for content of users, guests and third parties. On a paid plan, our total liability per year is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the damage occurred. Mandatory rights of consumers remain unaffected.
You will hold us harmless from claims of third parties arising from content you or your guests put into the Service or from your breach of these terms.
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your workspaces and account at any time. We may end the free plan for an account with 30 days’ notice, and suspend or end access immediately for a serious breach of these terms. After an account or workspace ends, we delete its content within a reasonable time, except where the law requires us to keep it; backups are overwritten within days. Export anything you want to keep beforehand.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms. We will announce significant changes at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can stop using it.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Basel, Switzerland. If you are a consumer, the mandatory law and courts of your place of residence remain available to you. If you have a concern, we ask you to contact us first so we can try to resolve it together.
12. Final provisions
If a provision is invalid, the rest remains in force and the invalid provision is replaced by one that comes as close as possible to its purpose. These terms may be translated; in case of a dispute, the English version prevails.
