Live engagement with AI agents

An agent connected to your workspace can run live engagement for you: set up a Q&A for the keynote with rooms for the hall and the lobby, what are people asking?, show the question about pricing big. Connect one as described in AI agents (MCP); it can do only what your role allows.

• list_engagements — the workspace’s engagements with their phone link, what they take, when they are open, and how many posts wait. Can be limited to one show or session.
• create_engagement — set one up for the workspace, a show or a session: what guests can post (notes, questions, polaroids, Live photos, videos and their sound), when it is open, what gets through, rooms, the photo folder, retention, the selfie prompt, the consent text and the guest page design. A new one takes notes and polaroids, uses auto-check, and a session’s opens while the session is live.
• update_engagement — change any of those; only what is given changes. Renaming a room keeps its link.
• list_engagement_posts — the posts, newest first, with their status — waiting, on the walls, shown big, answered, rejected, hidden — and, for a held post, why auto-check held it. For a video, whether it is ready.
• moderate_post — approve, reject, hide, restore, feature or answer one post, as the operator would on the Live board. A video is approved only once it is ready.
• feature_question — show a question big on every wall, or mark the one shown big as answered.
• set_engagement_open — open, pause or close an engagement now, or let it follow its setup again.
• list_polls, create_poll and update_poll — prepare an engagement’s live polls and read their results.
• run_poll — launch, close, reveal, reset or clear a poll, or go to the next one, as the operator would on the Live board.
• list_quizzes, create_quiz and update_quiz — prepare a quiz, from questions or a spreadsheet; start_quiz and run_quiz run a game; quiz_results reads the leaderboard.
• session_feedback, get_feedback_form and set_feedback_form — read what guests answered after a session or an event, and change the survey the workspace, an event or a session asks.

A Look only agent key can list engagements and read posts. Setting up, moderating and opening need Everything you can do — and your role still decides: editors set up, operators moderate. An operator limited to some venues sees only the engagements that reach them, through the agent too.
